Dental Implant Procedure at Dr. Care

• Step 1: Comprehensive Examination and Treatment Planning with Implant Studio/Nobel Clinician Software (50-60 minutes)

  1. The dentist will conduct a comprehensive oral health examination.

  2. Cone Beam CT (3D) scan and digital impression will be taken to accurately assess bone density and the condition of the missing teeth area.

  3. The dentist will discuss the bone condition with the patient based on the 3D scan results to:

  - Develop a treatment plan for oral diseases.
  - Develop a precise implant placement plan (Agreeing on implant position, orientation, and size).
  4. Blood and blood pressure tests will be conducted to determine the patient's health status and ensure they are eligible for dental implants.

• Step 2: Implant Placement with Surgical Guide (20-30 minutes)

  1. The implant area will be disinfected and anesthetized.

  2. The implant will be placed using a surgical guide to ensure safety and precision down to the millimeter, making the procedure more comfortable for the patient.

  3. Healing abutment placement.

  4. Temporary tooth placement (Depending on the case).

• Step 3: Post-operative Check-up and Suture Removal after 7-10 days (20-30 minutes)

  1. X-rays will be taken to check bone integration and healing.

  2. Sutures will be removed.

• Step 4: Follow-up Check-up and Impression for the Crown after 3 months (20-30 minutes)

  1. X-rays will be taken for checkup.

  2. Impression will be taken on the implant to create the crown.

  3. The crown color will be selected to match the natural teeth.

• Step 5: Abutment and Crown Placement after 3 days (60 minutes)

  1. Abutment try-in.

  2. Placement of the crown on the implant.

• Step 6: Final Crown Placement after 3-5 days (60 minutes)

  1. Final crown placement on the implant: Final check, completion of implant placement.

  2. Instructions for at-home care will be provided.

  3. Regular follow-up appointments will be scheduled (3-6 months or 1 year...).
