All completed within the hour... deep clean probably 20 minutes, painless filling and then... the extraction. A surgeon was brought in for this... relatively straightforward but after the first attempted pull there was intense nerve pain. The surgeon immediately went for further investigation and made several more anaesthetic injections, at various angles... testing and checking with me if there was still any sensation. A pull to the left then to the right and hey presto ... it was removed!
